I've been fasting for almost a week now. My appetite is rather weird I must say: a bowl of cereal only, in the morning and a large feast after sunset. There's always no room for food in between these meals. And I'm getting lazy with my exercises. I do feel fat now.

The first game of the season will be on Tuesday and I certainly can't wait for that. It's time to show what I'm made of. I am disappointed though, that my first game will be a time when I'm fasting. Hence, I can't show my true potential. chanel handbags As in my playing time will be limited. The new team's pretty decent. We've got a backcourt that can push the tempo easily with running fastbreaks and a frontcourt that can rebound and score well. That's not to say that this team's better than last year's, but I guess we'll see. We've got a new starting power forward this year, who's always hogging the ball and it's certainly pissing me off. This guy just forces shots one too many times.

I've been stressed out recently, with school and everything. This week was mostly focusing on finishing my personal statement. It's been hard, but after five drafts, I think it's good to go. And the Biology test I had yesterday didnt help either, neither is me struggling with mechanics2. Life has just been too difficult, darn it.

What's keeping me sane? Oh, just Lost and Family Guy. I'm almost done with the second season of Lost, and Family Guy is just so funny. Someone's birthday is very soon and so so sad, I will not get to celebrate it with her. Jances Potter will be away this weekend on a Duke of Edinburgh expedition. Of all weekends, why this weekend? I know how it feels Jans and well, it's not a fun feeling. I had to endure a tough 17th birthday last year, in bogs and hills, without any family and close friends around. But Jances is a tough lady, she'll get through it yes.

I've just realised the components to an active blog website: determination and a high-speed internet connection. So, in other words, all you other UR's better start blogging. I never got to see the pictures of Kel's party. So, UR's back in Brunei, post 'em. =D
