Anyways, i wanna thank everyone who greeted me a happy birthday.....it wasnt such a bad one after all. Even though i was on DofE expedition, i still got a surprise chocolate cake. And when i got back to my room the next day, i got such amazing gifts. The day after day, my tutos gave me another cake and that night,

I am just happy that everyone was successful on DofE....we walked and walked and walked!
Hmmm i have officially sent off my UCAS application so now i just have to hope!
I am getting quite worried about my work seriously piling up but let me just enjoy this weekend for now.
Ooo..all the chinese in my school got together for dinner tonight for Mid Autumn festival. It was quite nice....no mooncake though =(

The 18th chapter of my life will end soon. It's the most colourful to date, and alot has happened in this year alone. Let's just take a stroll into how it's been.
Well, it started quite cold and sleepy. Andi was my tentmate, so he was naturally the first guy to say,"happy birthday haz". That day, I didn't fast, even though I was supposed to. I remember quarelling alot with my team about which routes to take that day. What made my day was getting a message from my brother and listening to Jan's nice voice message.
Memorable Things I did include: 1.Played a hell of alot of basketball games, selected vice captain 2. Went on two amazing treks 3. celebrated new year's at one of the world's best 4. PAINTBALL!!! 5. won bronze at a netball tourney 6. bought alot of crap 7. got into a couple of fights 8. didn't drink at all (??) 9. made friends with alot of people (this year, more than I knew in my life for 17 years combined) 10.touched natural snow for the first time 11. got food-poisoning twice 12. left a bag and caused a bomb scare at Victoria station and almost evacuated it 13. went clubbing once 14.
chanel handbags learnt alot of life crap 15. Lost, prison break, the OC and one tree hill 14. went out to watch harry potter late and got grounded by my boarding house master for not signing out 15. watched the Rejects 16. evaded paying full travelling prices tons of times ( sorry tfl) 17. stayed illegally at a Bedford Boarding House for a night 18. got ejected from a game(=D)
Lessons I've learnt: 1. Materialism isn't everything 2. always be a low-profile person 3. take no bull-shit from anyone, and if they do, it's best to just avoid them 4. run away from cynicism, it'll only stress you out 5. always wear thick clothes when you're going out during winter (duh!) 6. wear protective gear when you're paintballing 7. calm down during basketball games, so as to not get technical fouls 8. white meat can also be pork 9. life's short so I should start living it to the max now!heyheyhey

Best Friends Forever - At Kel's 18th
At the gigI'm so sorry it took me ages to upload the pictures but it's only because photobucket is blocked in my school!!! So, please don't kill me. If anyone wants the rest of the pictures (from Kel's 18th)just tell me and I'll send them to you. Exeat was great. I didn't do much shopping since there wasn't anything necessary to buy. Met up with Imah and Huda.. I mishhhh them so much. Imah looks like she's grown.. again!!!! Haha. Ok, I'll have to get back to prep - so I'll leave you with some intriguing 'Facts of The Week'
Fact 1 - I've been in this school for at least a year and some of my friends still don't know I'm Chinese?!?! They're probably confused by the fact that I'm a Chinese born Bruneian who speaks Malay.
Fact 2 - Apparently, Wu Zun is REALLY REALLY (times infinity) POPULAR among the Hong Kong girls. I just realised that he's the guy in Tokyo Juliet. *bangs head on table* Girls are actually coming up to me and asking if I know him. Haha, Im planning to sell his autograph for a minimum of 5 pounds. *hints to Poh Hui*
Fact 3 - All American Rejects were awesome. Van, Sharon, Nat, Diyana, Dibah, Hazim and I went to their gig on Friday. Loads of people came so I was a little bit worried. chanel handbags Before the AAR performed, a girl next to Sharon fainted and half way through the gig, some people started fighting cause they were pushing each other trying to get up close. But I guess overall, it was great.
Fact 4 - This might not be as interesting as the others but its true.. I miss Jancy Wancy and I can't wait till half term.
