Just the other day, I went to watch Arsenal play against Wigan at the Emirates with Jefferson. The game was simply amazing. The atmosphere in the stadium was breath taking. From the moment I stepped into that pitch scenery, I just couldn't believe it was real. It was truly a once in a lifetime opportunity. The game? Everything you can wish for. Goals? All three goals were scored at my end of the stadium. Yellow cards? they got 'em. Lots of 'em. Injuries? Djourou was the unfortunate one. Controversies? Adebayor's goal ruled as on offside and the ref being an idiot. It was so funny as well. The fans kept chanting,"the referee's a w**ker". louis vuitton handbags They kept booing and jeering the goalkeeper for wasting time. It was quite scary as well. Till the 83rd minute, Arsenal was trailing, giving the fans the scare of having the first loss at the Emirates. Emile Heskey even missed a shot that could've made it 2-0. It hit the post after Lehmann had a hand on it. The whole game was just awesome. A really great experience.
Something funny I read: Gilbert Arenas a.k.a. Agent Zero promised to drop 50 on the trialblazers, since Head Coach nate McMillan, an assistant coach on Team USA snubbed him from the World Championships. At the end of the buzzer, he shot 0-for-8 from beyond the arc and finished with 9 points. 50 from Mr. Golden One Arm? I don't think so. Oh, and if you guys have time, go to nba.com and check out Arenas shooting 73-for-100 with one hand from the three-point line against DeShawn Stevenson.
Ooh, I met up with Jances, Imah and Huda last weekend. Good times. Dinner on Saturday night at C&R, along with Jeff. Conceptis Puzzle and Table Tennis after. Thanks Hajah for introducing the puzzle by the way. And sorry ladies for smashing too much on the table.
I'll leave this post with a snow picture. Have a nice day.
