This blog is near extinction! I actually miss coming to the site to read NEW posts!
Granted, we do lead quite busy lives. But then again, we guess we may have somehow lost the interest for blogging.
We prefer to not express ourselves too much in public and I am 'qualified' to say that we have outgrown our teenage
urge to umm...something something.
Anyways, all of us except me are back in UK for our second year of uni. Congrats to all of us for passing and especially to
Jing, Huis, Kel and Zim for their AMAZINGLY GREAT results!
I guess I have had pretty eventful birthdays over the past few years. For my 19th, I spent it trekking peak district for DofE
which was actually surprisingly fun with my wonderful teammates. They surprised me with cake, balloons, banners and hey, at least I can say I spent my 19th bday sleeping in a tent on a sheep's field. For my 20th, I spent it with Hanif and Syaz,
it was the last day of our freshers' week. And a girl I have just met remembered my bday and wished me on the day itself. Needless to say, we are very good friends now. For my sweet 16, I will be having lunch with the family and then probably help
out my brother. Raya just has to be on thursday.
I am flying off this thursday. You know, it's my friends, who manage to get me my bday presents on the day itself even though they are not in my area, that really gets me smiling. I know how hard it is to choose a present. Heck, I still owe hanif one! Oh, and no one is expected to get me any presents ok. I was not suggesting anything, still not!
Oh Boon jing had just removed his braces and I have just put them on!
This holiday has been well, busy. First off was showing my sister and aunt around oxford. Then we jetted off to Prague and took to the rails to Paris. Then, a whole week in Italy where Minghui, Imah, Ali and I inter-railed between Rome, Florence, Pisa and Venice. Back in Brunei, I thought to myself 'Such a long holiday,
chanel handbags let me go look for some attachment to do' and so I applied for a month's attachment at JPMC's lab. I wasn't a very good attachee though. I skyved for netball practices, bruneian oxbridge meetings, to miri for braces and well, there is a very inviting bed in the lab's kitchen as well! It maybe is a bad thing that I can sleep anywhere anytime!
After my attachment, I went on a proper relaxing holiday. This time to KL with Hazim where we met up with Shan. Then I took a cozy coach down to Singapore where I stayed with Aileen for a week and then back up to KL where I crashed at Lou's. Attended Lou's (my housemate) 21st bday bash and then it's back to brunei for me. Even while on my relaxing holiday, I managed to meet some really really nice people!! Some are for keeps!
This whole time when I was in brunei, ah yong and jes have never failed to keep calling us out to show us the good places to eat in Brunei.

It has indeed been a guilty pleasure which I am sure for us who are studying overseas will so so so miss!! Thank you!!
I have also told people that I want to meet up with them but have failed to do so as I am too lazy to arrange outings and I may have overbooked myself. I promised to help out my brother during the second half of puasa month which hardly even leaves me time for me to finish making my thank you cards! I even wanted to make bday cards using my sister's stash (free mah!) Well, you guys just have to make do with manufactured ones.
Ok this post is wayyyyy too long for my liking. Anyways, I should be off to bed or actually, searching for my phone charger!! My phone is dead! I need to pack as well!!!
Thank you to everyone who have wished me. I heart all of you, even those who don't remember (i forget too so forgive me when i do =p)
